Prodigal God

Creativity / June 9, 2009

Sunday, we started a brand new series entitled Prodigal God, which is a series about the parable of the prodigal son from Luke 15. As I’ve been studying the parable I’ve been shocked at how much this cliche Bible story has really challenged my heart and spiritual walk. God is really using this passage to do something unique in me. (hopefully, it will do the same for you)

Anyway, it wasn’t until today that I actually had the opportunity to see the themeslide for our current series.

Last week, we designed the announcement card to look like a ginormous luggage tag. Daniel emailed a copy of the file to Lori Jackson, who printed the luggage tag and shot it with her Nikon D300. One word: amazing!

Kuddos to Lori for creating such a beautiful work of art. You really are a great photographer!

This series is going to be great!
