When Kinetic first began, people would typically ask how long it would be before we hired someone to run our Junior High and Senior High ministries. I assumed, knowing our church’s appeal, that it would a long time before that need arose. (I think that might have been one of God’s practical jokes)
Over the course of the past year, we have seen more and more High School and Junior High students (and their parents) attending Kinetic. As a result, we need a youth guy…and badly! [singlepic=20,210,280,,right] So, to meet that need, I have spent the past 4 months searching for the right guy to fit the bill. Sunday, I will be introducing that new staff guy. (and I’ll do it here too…as an exclusive for those who take the time to read this)
Beginning, July 15th, Justin Roper will begin serving part-time as Kinetic’s first Student Minister. Over the next month, Justin’s time at Kinetic will be limited to Saturdays and Sunday. Then beginning August 19, he’ll be running at full speed.
Isn’t this journey amazing? I can’t wait to see Justin’s dreams to be realized at Kinetic. .
