Breaking

Moments

The Church / September 12, 2008

Throughout my life, there have been moments that serve as anchors for me. These moments serve as mile markers on my life’s journey; life in bullet form. Fishing with dad, baking with mom, baptism at age 10, my wedding day and Kinetic Church’s opening day.

Some moments, however, are too big to celebrate alone. This Sunday is one of those moments.

Over the past several weeks, we’ve had over 70 people agree to fast and pray for Kinetic’s second service launch. Ministry teams have planned and recruited and Kinetic regulars have faithfully agreed to bring friend to help celebrate the moment.

Five years from now, this change will undoubtedly be marked as one of those huge anchoring moments in the history of Kinetic Church.

So, if you live 500 miles away, please continue to pray for Kinetic Church this Sunday. If it’s been a while since you’ve attended, this Sunday is a great time to come back. Finally, if you are a “kinetian” and haven’t invited someone to join us this Sunday, there’s still time. Just pick up the phone and make it happen…really…right now…make it happen.

This moment is too big to celebrate alone.

Dave,

You have a west Texas fellow two-fer pastor who understands the significance of that day from both a spiritual and a workload perspective. Praise the Lord for this momentous day, and for the laborers in your harvest who are helping usher it in.

Blessings,

Andy

I am so excited about tomorrow…and what’s ahead for Kinetic. It’s gonna be amazing!

Dave, family, and all of the Kinetians…

We love and miss you all so very much. It’s hard to believe the wonderful things God has done for your family, through your family, and for His kingdom the past four years. Even though I miss you daily, I know God is using you in a big way. We will keep praying and keep the excitement- for you, for those at Kinetic, and for those yet to discover His blessings through you. Give each one of those munchkins a special kiss from me (and MeeMee and Roger). With love,

Jenni
