Today, Daniel and I looked at a 10 ache lot with a really cool horse barn and farmhouse on the property. The owner wanted around $350K, which is a great deal. (Tracy Himes found it for us)
After further research, we learned that whenever we buy land, we will need put invest at least 20% down. Needless to say, we’re not there yet.
