In our attempt to go beyond the expectations of our guests, we do 4 things for every first timer of Kinetic.

We’ve been doing the guest surveys for a while now. But, it’s not until recently that we have enough data to begin really evaluating our strengths and weaknesses through the eyes of our first-timer. Here’s the most glaring discovery: most first time guests rate our "worship service" at around 93% (music, volume, message, etc.) yet, they rate our "welcoming attitudes" at around 50%.
Church growth experts tell us that most guests make the decision to return to a church during their first 15 seconds in a church. People typically don’t even wait for the service to decide if they’ll be back or not. Their decision to return will be determined by the warmth and friendliness of the lobby and parking lot. This reality is what makes our Frontline Team so vital. Their ministry is imperative to helping our church impact the lives of people seeking to know God.
As a result, Joe McGrew has some cool new things planned to help the Frontline team become even more effective. (good work Joe!) .
