One of my favorite times of the day is the morning. I’ve discovered a 45 minute window of time to sit on the back porch sip my coffee and read before the craziness of the day ensues. This morning I was lucky, and my coffee time lasted longer than normal. So, I decided to troll Facebook when I came across a video of Conan O’Brien’s 2011 Dartmouth College Commencement Address.

The speech was too good not to share. It’s one of the first times that I’ve ever heard Conan talk about his Tonight Show disappointment. It’s worth the 20 minutes…you’ll laugh and be inspired.
